Who We Are
Eighty Eight Recruitment was founded to do recruitment differently. With more than a decade of experience in executive search and talent advisory across global markets, we identified a clear gap in how organizations are supported, particularly during periods of growth, transformation, and restructuring. Too often, recruitment is reactive and transactional. We built Eighty Eight Recruitment to be strategic, proactive, and genuinely partnership-led.
We work alongside organizations as long-term talent partners, supporting them across the full people lifecycle. From executive search and leadership team build-outs to permanent, temporary, and contract hiring, as well as outplacement support during times of change, our approach is holistic and considered.
